Sleeping Disorder

Sleeping disorder is when a person cannot sleep in the normal sleep cycle; usually a full night through of atleast 6 hours. It can be because of shift work, insomnia, hormonal imbalances, stress/mental health related. It is a very disruptive disorder as humans require good sleep cycles in order to have good brain and healthy body function

Low Self-Esteem

Low self-esteem isn't defined as a mental health problem per se but it is closely linked to various other mental health problems. If things affect your self-esteem over a long period, it could lead to mental health problems - for example depression or anxiety.


Addiction is a complex condition, a brain disease that is manifested by compulsive substance use despite harmful consequence. People with addiction (severe substance use disorder) have an intense focus on using substance (s) such as alcohol or drugs to the point that becomes a dependency and it takes over their life.

Anxiety & Panic attacks

Anxiety is a heightened emotion we all experience from time to time but becomes a mental health problem when someone finds they are feeling this way most of the time.



Depression is a diagnosis
given to a person who is experiencing an ongoing

‘emotional low’ and this low mood makes it hard or impossible to enjoy their lives.



Trauma can be defined as a psychological, emotional response to an event or an experience that is deeply distressing or disturbing. Among them are complex trauma, as mentioned above post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and developmental trauma disorder.



A phobia is a type of anxiety disorder that causes an individual to experience extreme, irrational fear about a situation, living creature, place, or object. When a person has a phobia, they will often shape their lives to avoid what they consider to be dangerous. Phobias are diagnosable mental disorders.
